Establishing your personal brand

SocialMediaLast updated: 25 August 2015

Personal brand and social media are becoming quintessential business tools. Whether you are a student, looking for a job, or happily employed, social media and managing your personal brand are critical areas to focus on for success.

Clients and employers are increasingly turning to LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media, for information about lawyers and potential employees. In the social media age it is often the social platforms where you pass that most important of hurdles – the first impression.

On 3 September The College of Law New South Wales Alumni will host a seminar titled ‘Establishing Your Personal Brand’ to help students and lawyers to create a personal brand and utilise social media. This is a free event for College of Law alumni and current students.
