Admittedly, the article acknowledges that 40% of SMEs is not considering joining the social networking ’revolution’ at this time (which may of course change if the format gains wider acceptance over the coming years).
Nevertheless, it may still be worth investigating whether the SME market which embraced this medium (the other 60%) is significant enough to be worthy of consideration for engagement in the context of your products or services.
